Great Dr. office all together! Every single staff member is amazing and will go over and above to accommodate within their capabilities! I recommend Dr Ogeda personally but every one is knowledgeable and helpful!

This office is inhumane and disgusting. Dr. Sheila should have be under investigation and have her license revoked. The attitude of all staff is appalling. They will not help in any way, and if you try to advocate for yourself they will reject your ideas without evidence or facts to back up. Dr. Sheila used Google to answer the questions of patients and accused me of “being smart” when I told her a treatment had not worked and needed a new plan. A simple check up will absolutely turn into a nightmare. This is the last place in the world you want to go if you need any help.

We love Dr Ogeda. He is very thorough. He takes the time to discuss concerns. We have developed a personal relationship with him. He remembers and cares. The office staff is friendly nd helpful. Highly recommend.

I don't recommend it; the staff is terrible. They've had me waiting for a referral to a specialist for over a month. If you're looking for good care, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I was put in an exam room and left waiting over an hour with no explanation, no updates, and no respect for my time. The doctor clearly does not value patients or basic professionalism. If you’re running behind, the least you can do is communicate but that didn’t happen. To make things worse, the nurses were rude, dismissive, and unhelpful, acting like patients are an inconvenience rather than the reason this clinic exists. No apology, no courtesy, no accountability. Healthcare should be about respect and care. This clinic delivers neither. I will never return and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere unless you enjoy being ignored and treated poorly.

Absolutely the best clinic experience I’ve ever had! From the moment I walked in, the ladies at the front desk were amazing — warm, welcoming, and professional. They made me feel right at home and had me checked in and seen before my actual appointment time. My appointment was for 9:40, and they had me in the back by 9:00 — that kind of efficiency is rare! The nurse who took me in was outstanding — polite, respectful, and genuinely caring. You can tell she loves what she does. And my doctor? Absolutely incredible. Her care, attention, and compassion left me speechless. This whole team — from the front desk to the back office — deserves recognition. Every single person here treats you like family. I truly mean it when I say I recommend Famiclare Care Clinic 100% to anyone looking for quality care with people who actually care about you. This was my first visit to the clinic and may I say, being able to see the Dr the next day was what i needed. I was there less than an hour and that is the biggest blessing, who wants to wait an hour in the waiting area then about 30 minutes in the exam room before you even see the Dr. Greeted by the receptionist, she was very friendly, even when i called to set the appointment the lady who took my call was friendly and very helpful. The nurse was friendly, seemed a little distant, but it was the end of the day so she was excused. We all know that at the end of the day we are tired and ready to go home. I saw S. Shepherd, the PA, for some shoulder pain. Ms. Sheperd was great, she listened she explained and even pulled up pics on the computer to show/explain what she was talking about. I spoke to her about a few other issues and, at my suggestion, we agreed I would make another appointment to discuss. Absolutely changing my pcp and will be making Ms. Sheperd my primary! Thanks for the great experience! To the ladies at the front and the nurse, sorry I didn't call you by name. I didn't feel good and didn't take time to learn your names. I'll do better 😉

I used to love this doctor’s office. They’ve gotten to big. Anytime I call for a sick visit the earliest appointment is 2-5 days out. They are now closed on Fridays and weekends. They won’t fill my prescription without annual bloodwork despite it being a chronic condition where I’ve taken the same medicine and dosage for the last ten years. Once I produced bloodwork from a work sponsored event from last month, they still wouldn’t fill prescription unless they perform bloodwork/bill my prescription.
